About the pole camp

Groups for all levels: beginners, intermediates, advanced

What is included:

  • 6 nights in typical Sardinian-style rooms (4-stars hotel!)
  • Half board (breakfasts and dinners) at our delightful restaurant, which has an indoor room and an outdoor terrace by the pool, ideal for pleasant evenings and sweet awakenings

  • 1 mini cruise : a great excursion to discover the coast of Ogliastra, the gulf of Orosei where the famous Cala Goloritze appears in all its plendor, Cala Mariolu and swim in the beautiful turquoise water. 
  • 1 Sardinian evening: a traditional Sardinian dinner, served on the terrace by the panoramic swimming pool
  • Some goodies and surprises !!

If you want to train even more, optional workshops will also be planned (extra cost).

Non polers are also welcome as it is a beautiful place to discover and there are many options for them (and you during your free time): visit a village, go trekking, bike, enjoy the beach, have a massage, visit a local winery, go diving… you can also ask for yoga classes :)

The location:

The hotel stands where nature and the sea have created a scenery of pristine beauty.

The hotel has a garden and a scenic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, palms and Mediterranean plants.

The design is in typical Sardinian style, traditional and refined, with furniture and upholstery fabrics carefully made by the skilled hands of the artisans of Ogliastra.

There is also a fully equipped bar and a nice restaurant, which offers, in addition to the national cuisine, flavorful traditional dishes made with local products.

Everything is at the same place so that you can fully dedicate your time to pole dancing, relaxing, visiting and having fun. Plus, you can reach the beautiful beach by walk in a few minutes and enjoy its beauty.

How to come?

To come, you can take a plane to Cagliari or Olbia airport. We will organize one transfer on the Sunday around 3:00pm at the cost of 50€. Make sure to arrive at 3pm at the airport at the latest!! If you arrive the day before or the morning, you can go and visit the city, the transfer will also stop there. It takes around 1h30 to join from Cagliari and 2h from Olbia. For the way back I will organize it around 12:00. Please take a plane after 5:30pm.

It is also possible to come by boat from France or Italia with Corsica Ferries. Make sure to arrange with someone who has a car from there, we can help for this.

Our instructors:

You will have three different teachers, to allow you to learn a variety of techniques. 

Tereza Binova

Tereza is a pole dance instructor and rehabilitation coach from Czech Republic. Her home studio is Firefly in Prague, although she has also taught a lot in Bendy Kate’s studio in Bristol. She has competed in pole sport and pole art (Czech Pole sport Championships winner, World Pole Sport Championship finalist, Pole Theatre Hungary winner). As well as teaching and coaching, she is also a training lecturer in EPDF (European Pole Dance Academy) where she teaches pole and flexibility to new pole instructors.

Carla Polerina

Carla comes from classical and jazz dance, which she started at the age of 4. In 2006, she passed the technical aptitude exam and graduated top of her class. In 2010, she obtained the diploma of jazz dance teacher and decided to continue with a degree in Performing Arts.  Carla devotes herself to teaching and choreographing modern jazz. In parallel, she discovered pole dance in 2015. She started to compete in 2018 with a unique style, combining power, flexibility, velocity and fluidity and in which one can find some jazz inspiration.

Loa Koalita

Loa Koalita is pole dancing since 2010. After years of ballet and funk hip hop, Loa Koalita finally move towards pole dance and she excels in bringing her passion to new comers and more advanced dancers. Loa Koalita is a certified pole dance and yoga teacher. Loa has performed several times for shows/competitions (Aerial Dance Show, French Pole Championship 2017, 2nd in pro category at OIPA 2020) and private events. Her pedagogy and experience make of her an excellent teacher and dancer. She is currently teaching at Chrome studio in Lausanne,  after several years teaching at Aerial Dance Geneva. 

We are preparing dedicated workshops for this pole camp, with the aim to enrich your tricks, your flow and your combos on both static and spinning poles, to bring you techniques and to make you more confident while dancing with amazing choreographies!

The workshops:

We have customized for you a program of pole dance workshops. We have written below the workshops, of course they will be adapted according to your levels.

Tereza Binova's workshops

  • Connected: Focused on static combinations and endless rotations. 
  • Limitless: Dreamy transitions on spinning pole.
  • Nice & low: Playful & fun transitions around static pole on the ground. 
  • Seamless (optional - all levels): Low flow choreo on static pole. Let yourself express emotion. 
  • Liquid (optional - all levels): Low flow choreo on spinning pole. Focus on details, transitions and musicality. 
  • Reparation station (optional - all levels): Learning the secrets and understanding the technique of invert, shoulder mount, aeysha, deadlift and pole handstands in order to help you move safer and look effortless on the pole.
  • Flexy and prehab (optional - all levels): injury prevention workshop based on flexy and prehab techniques
  • Handstand (optional - all levels): technique and secrets to manage your handstand

Carla Polerina's workshops

  • Pretty and pretty: Learn nice tricks, working on placement and fluidity. There will be a special focus on the flow.
  • Strong an power: Learn power tricks. There will be moves requiring more strenght and you will work on the correct engagement of the shoulders and back to perform all kind of inversions or lifts. 
  • Signature combo: Signature combo consisting of tricks and transitions, ideal for working  on fluidity and velocity. 
  • Choreography: We will be lulled by the music, suspended in the air! Carla will teach you a beautiful choreography depending on her inspiration.
  • Split project (optional - all levels): Learn splits with original transitions in spin . The proposed combos are achievable even without having completely its splits. Prerequisite: open V. 
  • Stretching (optional - 30 minutes)

Loa Koalita's workshops

  • Signature combo: On this workshop you will learn new combos, depending on Loa's inspiration and the trends of the moment. Different variations, tricks and combos will be taught to give you a lot to practice.
  • Flexibility pole combos: Loa will share with you tips and techniques in order to look more flexible on the pole. She will also explain how active stretching can help you mastering some moves.
  • Stretching: This workshop will make you work all the parts of the back, shoulders, legs... in order to increase your flexibility and elasticity. Loa will use a mix of yoga and contortion inspired exercises and give you both passive and dynamic stretching techniques.
