We also recommend the cooking class which is a very interesting experience, where you will learn how to make a typical bread called “Pani pintau” and the typical ravioli of this area that is called “Culurgiones”.

The location:

The hotel stands where nature and the sea have created a scenery of pristine beauty.

The hotel has a garden and a scenic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, palms and Mediterranean plants.

The design is in typical Sardinian style, traditional and refined, with furniture and upholstery fabrics carefully made by the skilled hands of the artisans of Ogliastra.

There is also a fully equipped bar and a nice restaurant, which offers, in addition to the national cuisine, flavorful traditional dishes made with local products.

Everything is at the same place so that you can fully dedicate your time to pole dancing, relaxing, visiting and having fun. Plus, you can reach the beautiful beach by walk in a few minutes and enjoy its beauty.

The workshops:

We have customized for you a program of pole dance workshops and activities with 3 great pole instructors. We have written below the workshops, of course they will be adapted according to your levels.

Bendy's workshops

  • Airborne: you will learn how to defy gravity with Bendy's latest inspirations on the pole. The majority of this class wil be static rotations but some spinning transitions may be included. This class can include aerial tricks, transitions, tumbles and more, acccording to your level.
  • Earthed: this workshop is about feeling the connection between the ground and the pole, in a unique low flow masterclass. You will learn Bendy's most interesting low pole flow tricks and transitions. It can include low flow, handstand transitions, break dance inspirations, unusual pirouettes, spins and rolls! Bring your knee pads for this workshop.
  • Choreo: Bendy will prepare a choreography and will teach it to you, step by step. A great workshop to dance together.
  • Bohemia (optional workshop): a new masterclass for Bendy! Pure floor only - Non pole. If you like to watch Bendy's floor work which is an amalgam of gymnastics, breakin, contemporary dance and capoeira, this is the class to learn it! Bendy will break down how to perform beautiful acrobatic pieces of floorwork and she will teach you a quirky floorwork routine. Bring your knee pads for this workshop.

Louise's workshops

  • Favorite shapes: this workshop will take you through some of Louise’s latest favorite shapes and transitions - some of them you might have seen on her page. You will be exploring interesting shapes on the pole and much more on both spin and static pole.
  • Find your flow: create simple yet beautiful flows on the pole by combining "basic" shapes and spins. Simplicity is the key!
  • Seamless spinning: the key elements of this class are spin and fluidity! Build beautiful combinations, with interesting transitions and develop fluidity while spinning around. Focus will be on moving seamlessly as you transition from one move to another, speeding up, slowing down and with clean lines.
  • Go with the flow: inspired by contemporary dance you will learn how to create movement around the pole. The class includes a full warm up, followed by floor progressions and a choreography. Students are encouraged to bring pants, knee protection and socks to this workshop
  • Exotic choreo (optional workshop): this heels class combines strong elements from russian exotic with a twist of contemporary style. Bring your favorite pair of heels and let's be fierce!

Loa's workshops

  • Loa's signature: on this workshop you will learn new combos, depending on Loa's inspiration and the trends of the moment. Different variations, tricks and combos will be taught to give you a lot to practice.
  • Flexibility on the pole: Loa will share with you tips and techniques in order to look more flexible on the pole. She will also explain how active stretching can help you mastering some moves.
  • Stretching: this workshop will make you work all the parts of the back, shoulders, legs... in order to increase your flexibility and elasticity. Loa will use a mix of yoga and contortion inspired exercises and give you both passive and dynamic stretching techniques.
